Small group sessions will focus on a variety of fundamentals, including ball-handling, shooting, one-on-one moves, strength and agility, plyometrics and footwork, defense, and more.  Athletes always train with other athletes who are at a similar skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with athletes who are on similiar skill levels.
