* Attended Southern High school in Baltimore Maryland 1995-1997, sophomore year, ranked 2nd in the nation
* Attended Northern High School in Baltimore, Maryland 1997-1999,
----was nominated All-Metro player during his Jr. and Sr. year
* Attended Cecil Community College in Northeast Maryland from 1999-2002
* Was chosen First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Region, and,
---- Honorable Mention junior college All-American.
* Was team captain at Cecil Community College during the 2001-2002 season
* During the 2001-2002 season, was tied for second in scoring on the all-time career games played list with 62.
* Nominated Defensive Player of the Year (1999), and received the Hustle Award (1999).
* Led Cecil to a 24-7 record freshman year (ranked number 1 and 2 in the country for most of the season), and,
---- were 51-11 during his two years there, tying for the most wins as a player in school history.
* During the 2001-2002 season, averaged 17.6 points, 4.8 assist, and 4.7 rebounds per game.
* Attended Eastern Kentucky University from 2002-2004.
* As a starter at EKU the coaching staff considered him to be one of the Colonels’ top defenders and
---- nominated him for the Best Defensive Player Award for 2003-2004.
* On February 17, 2003, was chosen OVC newcomer of the week for his efforts against Tennessee State and
---- Morehead State.
* Scored 29 points on 10 of 16 shooting from the field and 8 of 10 from the free throw line,
---- and pulled down 8 rebounds and came up with 7 steals in those two games.
* Graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.
* Briefly played for the ABA Philadelphia Fusions in 2005.
* Was invited to an All American Professional Basketball League (AAPBL) camp in Billings Montana where he
---- averaged 17.7 points, and also led the league in most free throw attempts. He still has dreams of playing
