Welcome to the inaugural season of Hoop Dreams Basketball! We are excited for the upcoming 2007-2008 season and are committed to becoming the state’s premier AAU basketball program.

Our team name, “Hoop Dreams,” speaks loudly for itself.

As former ‘hoop dreamers’ ourselves, the coaches want to pass the motivation to your children, to work hard, dream big, and accomplish their own basketball dream. Hoop Dreams wants its players to grow into great individuals and great basketball players. Hoop Dreams emphasizes in developing smart, hardworking, dedicated players who value teamwork, sportsmanship, trust and respect.

Hoop Dreams Basketball focuses on player development, fundamentals, and fun while advancing players to the next level of competition. Whether it is the dream of playing in the NBA or simply making a high school or middle school team, Hoop Dreams Basketball has the experience, knowledge and dedication to help its players reach their basketball dream.

Hoop Dreams was founded by Mike Scott, a former Eastern Kentucky University basketball player. Mike’s inspiration for Hoop Dreams derives from his great passion and dedication for the game of basketball. Mike wanted to create a basketball school where he could share his love and knowledge of the game to others. Mike has accumulated an experienced group of former college and professional basketball players to serve as coaches and mentors.
